Since 1999, the restaurant LA PRUNELLE is a bring your wine that imposes itself on the popular Duluth in the heart of Plateau Mont-Royal. The chef conveys her passion in each of her dishes, working with products of Quebec dotted with Mediterranean accents. Respecting both the producers of the province and seasonal changes, the menu leads us into an adventure filled with happy detours. One feels immediately at home in this lively and friendly restaurant, overseen by Annie the co-owner and her team. The place is a beautiful and charming space, with large windows that open completely in the summer. One thing is certain, LA PRUNELLE is a very good value for money and is surely one of the finest dining experiences on the Plateau Mont-Royal.

J'ai ADORÉ mon expérience, nous avons étés très bien accueillis par le propriétaire, nous sommes venus célébrer les 80 ans de mon père.Le service est rapide & impeccable, tout les plats qui nous ont été servis étaient à la hauteur de nos attentes & même plus. Endroit charmant dans un cartier animé , idéal pour les anniversaires ou repas entre amis. Nous y retournerons sans hésitation. Restaurant charmant mais extrêmement bruyant. Dans l'assiette, un flétan savoureux à la cuisson parfaite. L'accompagnement du jour (salade de fenouil cru sous une emulsion blanche) sans beaucoup de saveur. Desserts moyens : mini fondant au chocolat avec crème glacée matcha - un mariage qui n'a pas fonctionné pour moi - & une crème brûlée un peu "prise" qui manquait de crémeux. Bruyant la fin de semaine. Je suis venue avec mon conjoint, dur de s'entendre parler quand le resto est plein. Nous avons un peu attendu avant qu'on vienne prendre notre commande, des personnes arrivées après nous ont été servies avant. À part le cheveu que j'ai trouvé dans mon assiette, la nourriture était correcte. Nous nous attendions à quelque chose de plus qualitatif vu le prix.View more

The food & ambience is incredible here &, it being a bring your own wine place, makes it that much better. You can go to a dozen other restos that serve oysters but the mignonette at la Prunelle is second to none. I always start with a dozen. I've never brought someone here who did not thoroughly enjoy themselves. Loved the octopus & the tartares. Isn't my first time going, won't be my last.View more

Celebrated my bday with 20 people, you must choose the group menu but you have a great variety of choice. The food was really good, I would strongly advise the steak or tartare for main dishes, the service was fast & professional, best Byob on the plateau!View more
