Poule en Feu used to be an amazing Portuguese place to get chicken. Recently the quality of the chicken has declined significantly. The chicken is pink inside & pieces are small, burnt on the outside & barely any meat. I have stopped ordering & also found out that they changed owners. Its too bad it was a great place for anyone living in RDP...

Very good spot to go to for charcoal grilled chicken spareribs were very good as well. Place was busy at noon. A lot of construction guys from the East End enjoying a nice plate of chicken & a cold one.
Came back the next week & tried the soubmarine…. Wow incredibile
Our family loves this restaurant! Peter & Bruno have been amazing to us & always catered delicious meals for my children's birthday parties. From their chicken to their ribs & rose pasta, everything is absolutely delicious!
What a nice little find this place is. I really enjoyed the food. The atmosphere. I went there back again. We had the burger & it was sublime. I would recommend going there. The parking is not great at least unless I'm not aware of another parking spot, but it was a bit tough to park there unless there's parking elsewhere like I said, but I should be a sign. Maybe I didn't notice anything but go inside. Go take a look. Go try a sandwich or something to eat the burger. The food that we had was very good. We had the chicken once a big like a family meal & we had burgers with work people & it was really good every time. Like I said, the atmosphere is very cool there. You could have a nice beer at the bar with a meal you could watch TV. You could play a video machine. It's a really cool place that I would recommend eating there & going there. My work is just around the corner from there & I plan to go back & even tell my colleagues about this place. Go try it. Don't hesitate go now
My favourite restaurant in Montreal !for the price & the quantity of food it's just stunning & everything on their menu is fantastic, would recommend their chicken & ribs plate ! I go at least once every two weeks 👍the staff is also very efficient & for birthday party's is the best spot

By far a great deal of a Piri-piri chicken. Great taste with in-house sauce. The chicken gets a charcoal flavor that makes it a fun experience.
Interesting fact that the default order comes with some pasta or salad. Yes, pasta??? Turns out the owner is italian, so go wonder. Overall not bad for an escapade from the office or to go out with a friend.
I ordered a few meals with my job for our Christmas supper because I had tried it one time & it was amazing. This time a few of my co workers found the chicken was still pink on the inside. We won't be ordering from here for our next Christmas dinner I can tell you that ....
Staff are so friendly, speak French & English, & remember you when you return. Food is exceptional - perfectly smoked chicken & ribs. Accomodate gluten allergies very thoughtfully, & check ingredients for you.
The hidden gem (diamond) I should say in Montreal!! Found this by accident going home. THIS PLACE IS THE BEST PLACE FOR RIBS HANDS DOWN!!..this is something all these tik tokkers & instagram social media kids should be advertising ..not those fake fast food flash in the pan burger joint. I've eaten ribs EVERYWHERE you can think of & this place by far the best fall off the bone ribs you can get!!...& for the taste forget about it!!..JUST PERFECT. Fries & sub (il bellissimo) the best & tastiest sub you'll ever eat & the chicken charcoal poutine out of this world. Owner Bruno & staff SUPER NICE !! Bruno made us feel like family & old friends. This place is not only amazing but the ambiance is perfect. Secluded place with EXCELLENT SERVICE & FOOD. Great ambiance & the prices unbeatable. Forget what you've heard about other burger & chicken joints this kills them all!! Oh yea real good espresso & amazing chocolate & caramel cake! Guys thank you for everything & Bruno you da best!!

If you are going to eat there, you must try anything that has their famous chicken or anything with their spicy piripiri sauce. It is delightful & full of flavors.
Fries dry & soso, chicken too dry , do not order breast . Ribs ok .No bbq sauce to make fries taste better ? Not impressed for time try , delivered food do not know onsite .
