"They hung up on me when I called with a question because I spoke English. The person could have just said that she didn't understand and I would have switched languages. She asked me to wait without putting me on hold so I can overhear her telling a different person that I was "un anglais" then they disconnected the call. Extremely rude!!!!!!"
