I went with my family to celebrate my sister's birthday & honestly we had such a great experience. The food was delicious, everything tasted fresh & came out quickly. The service was amazing, the staff were really friendly & attentive, which made the night even better. The atmosphere was also super nice & comfortable, perfect for a family dinner or celebrating something special. I would definitely come back & recommend it to anyone looking for good food & great service!
Honestly, quite disappointed with the service here. I don't usually leave reviews, but I feel like my experience here needs to be communicated for future customers planning to visit. My family & I came to enjoy our night together, but the service was slow & inattentive. Even though the food was decent, it was nothing special, & took a long time to come out. In terms of the atmosphere, it was good & family friendly, however we found that there was a lot of smoke in the air that seemed to have come from the kitchen. It was so much smoke, that they had to keep the door open, leaving a cold draft running through the restaurant. Maybe something had burned in the kitchen, but we were not informed & were left waiting for almost 2 hours. Overall, for the price that you pay, I don't think it's worth it for the service & quality of the food.

La Pidz might not catch your eye at first glance, tucked away at the corner of the street, but it's a hidden gem. The moment you walk in, you're greeted with a warm welcome from the incredibly friendly staff. It's a cozy diner with aspirations of offering a fine dining experience.
My girlfriend & I opted for the three-course special, which was about $30 per person. For the price, the value is unbeatable. You get a well-rounded meal with an appetizer, main course, & dessert. We also shared an additional appetizer-the calamari-& it was fantastic. While it won't rival a high-end restaurant, the food is definitely worth the cost.
The only drawbacks were minor. The table was a bit sticky, & sitting near the open kitchen meant it got quite warm, with the smoky aroma lingering on our clothes. Improved ventilation would be a welcome change. But for what you pay, it's a great spot for a satisfying meal without breaking the bank.
Overall, La Pidz delivers solid quality & a welcoming atmosphere. If you're looking for a good meal at a great price, this is the perfect spot. Just don't expect a five-star experience, & you'll leave satisfied & full.
On est arrivées 30 minutes avant la fermeture de la cuisine, nous sommes partie longtemps après la fermeture. La.cuisine est excellante & le staff nous a acceuillit chaleureusement. Notre serveuse Marilou était merveilleuse ! Tout le staff avait une energie fabuleuse, notre party de Noël était magic ! Merci à tout le staff !
C'est le secret le mieux gardé à côté de la rue wellington. Acceuil chaleureux, salade césar excellente, pizza delicieuse avec une super croute. Le plus difficile en restauration est la constance...& La Pidz nailed it!! Pas encore crowdé le midi....mais jusqu'à quand! A chaque fois que je travaille dans'l'coin j'arrête pour le lunch!! Le décor est juste a point! Ca donne le feeling d'un old school diner mais avec une touche moderne cool! Merci

Moved in right by this spot & picked up the Pepperonata & the Calabrese. They made it fresh in front of us & we very much enjoyed it! Looking forward to trying some of the appetizers & drinks in the future.
The food was so deliciousnans affordable, the staff was welcoming, the restaurant is so neat & pleasant & we can actually see how the food is being prepared. This is a must
Belle découverte! Les nouveaux propriétaires & les employés sont extraordinaires, leur menu est bien elaboré, l'endroit est super beau, & bien décoré. Il y a de la bonne musique. La nourriture est excellente, c'est frais & de qualité, les cocktails sont fait avec amour! Ah oui les toilettes sont très propres & décorées avec goût.
Nous avons très bien mangé & le service était chaleureux. Je recommande les arancini, la lasagne & le veau marsala. Beau restaurant familiale à essayer!
