Situé sur la rue Saint-Denis en plein cœur du Plateau Mont-Royal, La Panzeria est un authentique café italien qui sert la cuisine traditionnelle des Pouilles, région du sud de l’Italie formant le talon de la fameuse « Botte ».
Les propriétaires de La Panzeria sont à la fois des boulangers professionnels et des chefs certifiés italiens. Que vous veniez pour les pâtes, la pizza ou d'autres plats comme la Parmigiana, vous vous sentirez définitivement comme en Italie.

Just had an amazing meal at La Panzeria, & honestly, it deserves all the hype! The focaccia barese was hands down the best I've ever had-fresh out of the oven, incredibly soft yet satisfyingly chewy. Topped with premium prosciutto, figs, pistachios, & cheese, every bite was so fresh & flavorful. Absolutely recommend it! The orecchiette was another pleasant surprise. You can tell it's handmade from the perfect texture & chewiness, & the red sauce was seasoned just right. No wonder this place is always so popular-it totally lives up to its reputation. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre visite à La Panzeria! Nous avons commandé le Foccaccia Barese à la mortedelle, burrata, pistache ainsi que les orecchiette à la bolognaise. Food is delicious. The focaccia with prosciutto & figs is delicious, perfect balance of sweetness & saltiness. The portions are quite big so I would say the focaccia dish can serve two people. I would recommend to make reservations since there are not that many seatings.Voir plus
First, I'd like to say that I read complaints about the price before coming to La Panzeria. Although it is on the pricey side. I would have to say it was one of my favourite pizzas / focaccia in the city. The flavours are on point, the dough is incredible & the service is very fast. This is a nice spot to come grab a quick bite & a drink. The staff is extremely friendly & helpful. The pasta was okay, we ordered late so maybe it wasn't up to the restaurants standards but nothing to keep us from coming back or giving it a 5 star. The pizza was that great, the service was excellent & the espresso at the end was perfect!
