As a person who's worked in the customer service industry for years, I really appreciate the incredible amounts of patience, care, & interest they show their every single customer. I've been at La Palma twice & both times I receive amazing food & drink recommendations from the staff who have taken the time to learn everything about their products & recommend items they personally believe in. I have stayed at the AC Marriott downtown Montréal over many years. I frequent the lounge bar, & I must say that the staff is exemplary in their service & knowledge of cocktails. I am a Tanqueray dirty martini afficionado, & it is always consistent & presented perfectly chilled. Dinner was the tuna steak. Beautiful presentation, perfectly cooked, & the portion was just right. I enjoyed the mango cheesecake for dessert. In all, I highly recommend the European flavor of the hotel & the congenial staff.Voir plus
