Nestled in the heart of the Village, La Paella transports diners straight to Spain with its warm ambiance, vibrant Latin music, & inviting decor. From the moment you step in, the atmosphere sets the stage for an authentic & flavourful dining experience.
Guiding the kitchen is a seasoned chef with over 30 years of culinary expertise, bringing European influences to every dish. His mastery is evident in the balance of flavours, textures, & meticulous presentation.
We began our meal with the charcuterie platter, a beautifully curated selection of European-style cheeses & delicately sliced cured meats. The addition of Spanish sardines was a welcome touch, enhancing the dish with a bold, briny depth. Each bite was an exquisite balance of flavours & textures, making for a perfect introduction to the meal.
Of course, we couldn't visit La Paella without indulging in their signature paella-a stunning presentation of saffron-infused rice generously layered with seafood, chicken, & aromatic spices. The dish was cooked to perfection, with each ingredient complementing the next, delivering an authentic taste that was both comforting & refined.
To conclude our meal, we opted for the crème brûlée, a dessert that truly encapsulated indulgence. The first crack of its caramelized top released a delicate aroma, giving way to a silky, velvety custard beneath. It was the perfect sweet finale to a well-balanced feast.
With a passionate chef at the helm & a commitment to authentic flavours, La Paella excels in both taste & experience. Whether you're here for the drinks, the ambiance, or the expertly crafted dishes, this charming spot delivers on all fronts.

Their paella is good & flavorful. The dish is for 2 persons but it is not very big if you have a large appetite. Also if it can be a bit hotter will be nicer. The sauage/ham platter is nice too especially their 15 months aged ham. Their salmon is a disappointment. Very dry. Don't order their chicken wings. Maybe we got a bad batch. They were dry as hell as if they were microwaved multiple times. French fries are so ordinary they are like those you can buy from super C & it costs $7.99 (I know this is a paella resto & I should not order American fast food but I have picky kids). I still give them 4 stars because their signature item has its supposed quality.Voir plus

Un vrai coup de coeur ! Quel endroit convivial où on se sent comme à la maison ! Les portions sont aussi généreuses que le restaurateur lui-même. Le service est impeccable, & la paella, absolument savoureuse. La musique ajoute une belle ambiance, mais le vrai plaisir, c'est de pouvoir échanger avec le propriétaire.
