La Paella est un magnifique restaurant aux saveurs espagnoles & catalanes qui proposent une cuisine à tapas & de paellas très goûteux. On y trouve une salle simple, mais avec un magnifique bar & une ambiance musicale espagnole de bon goût. Nous étions deux personnes, les plats généreux à partager comme les tapas & la Paella. Je recommande vivement le fromage de chèvre, la salade russe & la paella.

La Paella is hands-down one of the best dining experiences I've had in Montreal!
From the moment we walked through the door, we were greeted by the incredibly warm & welcoming staff. Everyone we interacted with was genuinely friendly, kind, attentive, & passionate about what they do. You can tell they truly care about creating a great experience for their guests.
They took time to explain the menu, offered great recommendations, & checked in often without being intrusive.
Now let's talk about the food-absolutely delicious!
The Chicken & Chorizo Paella at La Paella is an absolute showstopper & easily one of the standout dishes on their menu. From the very first bite, it's clear that this paella is made with love, care, & serious culinary skill. The chicken is perfectly tender-juicy on the inside with a slight crisp on the outside -seasoned with just the right balance of herbs & spices to bring out deep, comforting flavors.
But the real magic happens when it's combined with the Spanish chorizo. The sausage is smoky, slightly spicy, & packed with bold flavor, adding an incredible depth to the dish without overpowering the other ingredients. It blends beautifully with the rice, infusing it with a rich, savory essence that builds with every bite.
The ambiance is the perfect balance between cozy & vibrant. The decor is warm & rustic, with Spanish touches that give the place an authentic Mediterranean charm. The music, lighting, & overall vibe make it feel like a hidden gem-ideal for a date night, dinner with friends, or any special occasion. La Paella is more than just a restaurant, it's a place where amazing food, wonderful people, & a relaxed, joyful atmosphere come together. Can't recommend it highly enough!

Such an underrated & charming spot for amazing food & drinks! The atmosphere is unmatched from the decor to the music. & the owner is a sweetheart who wants to make sure that everyone is having the best time. Genuinely a top tier restaurant in Montreal!

Première fois que je goûtais à la paella &… wow, vrai coup de coeur ! Chaque assiette était aussi belle que délicieuse. Les drinks sont super bien faits, frais & savoureux. L'ambiance musicale t'embarque direct dans un vibe latin, c'est chaleureux & festif. En plus, le chef est super gentil, respectueux, & on sent que sa cuisine vient du coeur. Belle découverte du début à la fin !😍😍😍 Bref si tu aimes les fruits de mer c'est à essayer !!

They sell good tasting risottos, not paellas by any means. Just the plate is a paella plate with Indian butter chicken cubes. Latin music, zero Spanish flare. Kind of a trap for a place called PAELLA. Excellent service though & tasty rissoto/Indian dish.
Nestled in the heart of the Village, La Paella transports diners straight to Spain with its warm ambiance, vibrant Latin music, & inviting decor. From the moment you step in, the atmosphere sets the stage for an authentic & flavourful dining experience.
Guiding the kitchen is a seasoned chef with over 30 years of culinary expertise, bringing European influences to every dish. His mastery is evident in the balance of flavours, textures, & meticulous presentation.
We began our meal with the charcuterie platter, a beautifully curated selection of European-style cheeses & delicately sliced cured meats. The addition of Spanish sardines was a welcome touch, enhancing the dish with a bold, briny depth. Each bite was an exquisite balance of flavours & textures, making for a perfect introduction to the meal.
Of course, we couldn't visit La Paella without indulging in their signature paella-a stunning presentation of saffron-infused rice generously layered with seafood, chicken, & aromatic spices. The dish was cooked to perfection, with each ingredient complementing the next, delivering an authentic taste that was both comforting & refined.
To conclude our meal, we opted for the crème brûlée, a dessert that truly encapsulated indulgence. The first crack of its caramelized top released a delicate aroma, giving way to a silky, velvety custard beneath. It was the perfect sweet finale to a well-balanced feast.

J'ai été pour l'ouverture & serveuse très gentille & agréable :) Je n'avais jamais manger de paella & franchement je ne suis pas déçu. Un bon musicien & un service rapide. Le prix était de 25$ pour une personne ( avec entrée & plat) je recommande définitivement !
