Mauvaise expérience aujourd'hui au niveau de l'accueil. Plusieurs serveurs sont passsés devant nous sans nous regarder. Nous avons due faire 2 interventions avant de se faire remarquer. Service très très long.
Super bonne pizza. Personnel accueillant & souriant ! Je recommande. Pizza au feu de bois. Prix corrects pour le centre ville ! La pizza aux anchois est vraiment bonne !

So disappointed heard great reviews being my first time from Toronto I was treated like a second class citizen. We had reservations & the gentlemen who was the host said we did not & placed us at the bar with such attitude you need better customer service especially at thr front door after we sat the bar we said do you think seating will be made available & with a snarky attitude said what during your main course after complaining to our surprise full seating was downstairs. I'm sorry that is how you treat your customer glad I posted all over social media not to come to LA Medusa
The food was really delicious. The service was excellent, our waiter was very attentive. The atmosphere was extremely warm & welcoming & the decor enhanced it.
Not a single negative thought comes to mind as I think about our experience. From making the reservation online, to the decor, arrival greeting, table service, food quality, food presentation & quick turnaround from order to table. Kindness & knowledge of the staff made it feel like you were a guest in their home. Well done. I will return.

Tout était excellent, y compris notre serveur qui était très sympathique. La raison pour laquelle je mets 4* pour la qualité de la nourriture est parce qu'il y avait vraiment beaucoup d'arêtes dans le poisson (bar), ce qui fait qu'il était difficile à manger. Merci & à bientôt!
Thé restaurant was extremely loud & noisy
Our table was less than a foot beside the next table , not enough room for the servers to pass
Our waiter was too busy socializing to take proper care of us
He also took the liberty of touching my arm several times
The food was decent
However this was my first visit & will not likely return
Nous avons tellement aimé ce restaurant, la nourriture est excellente & nous avons été très bien servi. Je conseille fortement ce resto, c'est certain que nous allons y retourner.
