Quel restaurant fantastique! La bouffe est toujours excellente, gouteuse & santé, Les employées sont très accueillants. L'ambiance est géniale autant en hiver qu'en été & le prix est vraiment raisonnable. Comme dirigeante d'entreprise, La Médusa est mon premier choix quand je veux gâter ou impressionner des invités provenant de l'international. C'est un WOW à tout coup!
Very disappointed. Drove from Gatineau to attend Montreal Canadian game & reserved there for dinner as very close by. Might not have been our best choice on a game night as extremely busy but a number of things went wrong.

Obviously this gentleman has become disconnected in how to answer politely to his clients. I have worked in the service business for over 10 years in my younger days & never have ever been rude & impolite to a client.
To make a long story short; I will never go back to this restaurant or recommend it, being told out loud to TAKE IT EASY in front of my friends & family was disrespectful & degrading, goodbye La Medusa..!
