La Medusa, located just steps away from the Bell Centre, has been a renowned institution for over 20 years, serving pure and authentic Italian cuisine. As a family-run restaurant, La Medusa stays true to classic recipes and traditional culinary methods, using only fresh and quality ingredients. From homemade pasta to pizza, gelato, and desserts, everything is made in-house. Absolutely loved this place! We went for a friends birthday dinner & the staff was extremely welcoming & accommodating given that we only spoke english. The food was amazing & the atmosphere was comfortable & aesthetically pleasing. Would defiantly go back without hesitation if i'm ever in the area again. Love this place!!!

A fantastic experience. This family owned & operated restaurant hits a home run. From the ambiance to the dessert, everything works. Staff (mostly family) are all friendly & knowledgeable. The wine suggestion was perfect. The food was to die for. From one foodie to another this is definitely worth a visit. Don't pay attention to OLD REVIEWS that had issues, they have all been addressed.

Dining at La Medusa is always part of the planning when I visit Montreal. Atmosphere is terrific, the waiters & owners are friendly & appreciative, & the food never disappoints. Make it a 'must visit' on your trip planning as well. Bon appétit.

Everything was excellent! The service, the ambience, the pizza as a starter, & the pasta were all excellent! I had a Cavatelli with sausage & rapini, which was really good. Everyone else had a different pasta dish & we all really enjoyed the food.
