La Medusa, located just steps away from the Bell Centre, has been a renowned institution for over 20 years, serving pure and authentic Italian cuisine. As a family-run restaurant, La Medusa stays true to classic recipes and traditional culinary methods, using only fresh and quality ingredients. From homemade pasta to pizza, gelato, and desserts, everything is made in-house. L'ambiance est géniale autant en hiver qu'en été & le prix est vraiment raisonnable. Comme dirigeante d'entreprise, La Médusa est mon premier choix quand je veux gâter ou impressionner des invités provenant de l'international. C'est un WOW à tout coup!

Very disappointed & surprised in owners answer when I asked why our food was taking over 30 minutes to be served; (Hey buddy, Take it easy, I have 100 people here to serve).
Obviously this gentleman has become disconnected in how to answer politely to his clients. I have worked in the service business for over 10 years in my younger days & never have ever been rude & impolite to a client.
To make a long story short; I will never go back to this restaurant or recommend it, being told out loud to TAKE IT EASY in front of my friends & family was disrespectful & degrading, goodbye La Medusa..!

The restaurant was fantastic
The problem is when we reserved online for 4 people , when we got there Medusa had only received a 2-person reservation!
Massimo was very helpful & made things work for us nonetheless ... That, in itself, was impressive
