About us
La Maison Verte was established in a 150 year old ancestral house. It's vocation is noted for it's fine gastronomical French cuisine, and fresh seasonal products such as wild game. Through the years, this family business has developed a unique ambiance and exceptional service. These are the makings of a tailored reputation that has earned La Maison Verte a standing of it's own in the West Island. Romanticism and our decor go hand in hand with our private rooms and covered terrace, which provides a warm welcome and instills a lasting memory enticing our cherished customers to return.

We come back every couple of years & the consistency is always on point. Very quaint French resto with good value, delicious food & good service. Really loved the foie gras poelé & the veal sweet breads.

Fine French dining, but cuiously no dress code. 6 people for a 2 1/2 hr dinner. Well serviced, & atentive wait staff. On meal of the 6 wss a little over cooked, abd presentation ws haphazard. All others we excelent. Even served a pallat cleanser.

Held a 60th surprise party for my mom. We were 40 ppl & each plate came out perfectly. The cook was amazing. The service was superb. Highly recommend. Can't wait to go back for a more romantic setting / dinner.

Nous avons eu une excellente expérience à la Maison Verte, pour une réunion familiale de 24 personnes! Propriétaire à l'écoute, flexibilité, excellent tempo, très bon service. Une nourriture de qualité, beaucoup de choix sur le menu de groupe que j'ai co-construit avec monsieur Gosselin, & une très belle salle à l'étage nous permettant de fêter dans l'intimité! L'accès à la terrasse en début de rencontre était aussi un plus indéniable! Je recommande l'endroit sans aucune hésitation: tout était parfait!

My birthday dinner last night was delicious, like usual! My favorite restaurant & first choice, always, for any kind of celebration, with family & friends! Or just a night out with delicious food! We were visiting from the US & looking for a truly fine dining French experience & this surpassed all of our expectations!! We had the five course meal with wine pairings & each dish was beautifully executed with flawless flavor & presentation. The service was perfect...the staff friendly & knowledgeable & clearly passionate about their work. This was the absolute best meal we've had in many years & truly made our vacation!!

L'endroit est exceptionnel & l'équipe est charmante & attentionnée, on s'y sent à son aise dans une atmosphère à la fois simple & raffinée ... La cuisine est excellente, avec beaucoup d'originalité, avec des produits de grande qualité préparés avec un soin tout particulier & avec en prime un travail soigné au niveau de la présentation qui font que l'on se régale d'abord avec les yeux avant de se régaler avec les papilles ! Un très bel établissement que nous recommandons vivement !
