La Maison Verte is one of my favorite restaurants. The staff is wonderful, attentive, & highly professional. The soup of the day, as well as their onion soup, is consistently delicious. Between courses, they serve a refreshing sorbet. When the main course arrives, it smells & looks exceptional, & it never disappoints. La Maison Verte offers a wide variety of seafood, meats, & other dishes. Overall, it is an excellent restaurant, suitable for any occasion.
La Maison Verte is a lovely & cozy restaurant in the West Island of Montreal, with a great atmosphere-especially during the Christmas season. The festive décor creates a warm & welcoming vibe that we truly enjoy.
The table d'hôte is a very good option, with well-chosen dishes & a nice balance of flavors. We come here regularly, about three to four times a year, & it's always a pleasant experience.
The food is consistently good. I particularly enjoy the salmon & the steak platter, & the dessert selection is also very nice. It's classic French cuisine with a tasteful Quebec twist.
One small suggestion would be to have more staff during very busy periods. The restaurant was quite full during our visit, & service took a bit longer than usual. That said, the quality of the food & the overall experience still made it worthwhile.
A great place for a cozy meal, especially during the holidays. We will definitely continue coming back.

This lovely restaurant is 5 minutes from my home & we had never been but so glad we finally tried it & will be back! I had mentioned in my reservation it was my husbands birthday & what a lovely surprise that you brought him some cake with a candle! Thankyou!
Nous avons pris le menu spectacle, table d'hôte. L'accueil chaleureux au départ. Ça commence bien avec l'entrée. Ça se gâte avec la soupe de poisson, elle n'en était pas vraiment une & avait un goût étrange. Nous avons été oubliés par la suite par le service. Le repas principal était fade. Au dessert: surprise! Un gâteau avec un chutney à l'oignon 🤔
