Ils ont une super variété de produits (viande, fromage, prêt-à-manger, produits d'épicerie etc). Pour la qualité de la viande j'ai une préférence pour un autre commerce du quartier mais qui n'a pas autant de choix. Le personnel du côté boucherie est toujours sympa.

Une très bonne boucherie avec un choix très vaste. Service néanmoins très inégal… j'ai aujourd'hui demandé que l'on me prépare de la poitrine de poulet (en soi une demande assez classique dans une boucherie), c'est à dire qu'on me l'ouvre en enlevant le nerf blanc central & le gras superflu. Le commis m'a regardé avec une certaine nonchalance en me disant « on ne fait pas ça ici, il ne va plus rien rester de votre viande ». Affligeant un tel manque de professionnalisme…

Les présentoirs côté boucherie débordent de superbes pièces de viandes. C'est littéralement gustatif!! Le côté épicerie fine offre un choix impressionnant de produits exceptionnels. Les étalages de fromages sont immenses.
Je ne donne pas 5 étoiles pcq le personnel de la boucherie ne pouvait pas nous dire de quel qualité était le morceau de faux-filet que nous avons acheter. Visiblement ce n'était pas du'premium' mais c'était vendu au même prix.

Excellente boucherie avec des viandes de grande qualité. Les coupes sont toujours impeccables, la sélection est variée & les produits maison (saucisses, marinades, plats préparés) valent vraiment le détour. Le personnel est professionnel, passionné & toujours prêt à donner de bons conseils de cuisson.
