Grosse déception. Leur « tourtière du Lac-Saint-Jean » est, selon moi, une véritable supercherie. On dirait un simple pâté à la viande avec des pommes de terre, sans la richesse & la saveurs de la cuisson lente qui caractérisent la vraie tourtière du Lac. Je ne recommande pas ce produit.

Excellent service & produits! J'ai appelé pour obtenir 4 épaules de porc, j'ai parlé directement à un boucher & ma commande était prête la même journée. Nous avons réussi notre événement de porc effiloché, cuit dans un fumoir, pour 40 personnes! La viande était succulente! :)

I thought cubing lamb shoulder to order is a basic service at a high-end butcher, but they were not able to do that.

J'avoue honnêtement que j'étais réticente de passer une commande en ligne puisque j'aime bien voir ce que j'achète. Belle surprise, j'ai commandé 11 ribsteaks pour la fête des mères & ils étaient tous aussi beaux & bons les uns que les autres. Ma commande était un sans faute. Rien ne manquait & mes invités ont été ravis. Vos steaks sont imbattables & le service impeccable. Je vais maintenant commander beaucoup plus souvent sans aucune crainte. J'ajoute une mention pour la mousse de volaille qui est un pur délice. Merci pour l'excellent service.

J'ai été pour de la viande haché, en plus d'être vraiment pas cher & de très bonne qualité...on ma même proposer de faire mes boulettes !!! Manquais juste a venir les faire cuire pour moi haha !
