Went there especially for the dumplings.
The steamed shrimp dumplings lacked taste 😒 If I had that alone, I would have been really sad.
The dégustation plate, fried, was tasteful & you could taste the quality. This is a great choice!
The service was so-so. A bit disorganized. It wasn’t clear where you needed to pay, if you needed to wait for the invoice, etc.
Been twice & blown away. The dumplings are so fresh, you can watch the staff make them in the window, great options for meet & vege. Noodle dishes are exceptional as well both the cold & hot ones. Definately a gem.
Pardonnez cette critique un peu boudeuse de cet endroit par rapport à la note générale de Google avis... mes attentes étaient plutôt élevées justement à cause de cette note de 4.7... Je me suis rendue à l'évidence que mes dumplings, je les préfère vapeur & non bouillis... c'est peut-être une question de goût, mais la "frisure " était plutôt ferme. La farce, bien contenue par la pâte, mais justement trop ferme. Mais qui suis-je pour contredire une note Google si élevée...
Excellents dumplings! La fraicheur & les saveurs sont à chaque fois au rendez-vous. Un endroit simple & sans prétention; on ne s'y rend pas pour l'extravagance des lieux mais bien pour la qualité des plats, & ce à un prix fort raisonnable.

this used to be my partner & my go-to back when it was a hole in the wall with no real signs. The food was incredibly high quality & I loved the snacks. We returned not that long ago & this is what we noticed:
The fried dumplings were way more greasy than they were before
The general tao sauce no longer has the same complexity & instead tastes quite sour, the colour changed, possibly ketchup was added since that's what we tasted & the sauce is redder, there's no more ginger in it or any of the nuances.
Overall still a good place to go but it has, understandably, changed since the last time

Coup de coeur pour ceux au boeuf.
Plus petits & ayant une pâte plus épaisse que ce qu'on peut retrouver au centre-ville par contre.
