The filet mignon was so juicy & the saffron rice had a nice crunch. The soup of the day was very flavorful & portions are were bigger than expected. Staff was friendly & helpful with the menu. They take cash & debit only so plan accordingly!
10/10 strongly recommend. Hidden gem of Montreal.
Absolutely amazing & authentic Iranian food. The beef kebab, grilled chicken, & different rice of theirs are all very good options.
The owner is a very kind & friendly lady as well, she genuinely makes the experience feel more like being hosted by an Iranian family rather than dining in a restaurant, which is very wholesome.
The price is also very reasonable, cheap even, if you have 2 person together & you order the daily special offer.
I have came back multiple times during my stay in Montreal. & believe if I ever come back, I will definitely re-visit this restaurant. Inshallah
I've ordered from this restaurant several times, & it's been consistently very good & satisfying. The food always arrives fresh, well-packaged, & still warm, which makes a big difference. Portions are generous, & it's one of those places you can rely on when you want a solid, filling meal without any surprises.
Their kebabs are definitely the highlight for me. They're well-seasoned, juicy, & cooked just right-not dry, not greasy. The flavor is rich without being overwhelming, & they pair really well with the rice & sides. You can tell they pay attention to quality & consistency.
Hidden gem with amazing food & awesome staff named Pardis. I am Persian & not easy to be impressed set aside surprised by quality & authenticity of the food but this humble place by look from the street offered awesome quality of dishes.
We ordered side of Olive, yogurt with shallot, mashed smoked eggplant, spinach & yogurt & ordered main dishes as rice & bean with meat, chicken kebab & vegetables & meat stew aka ghorme Sabzi.
They were prepared with quality ingredient & in authentic way without hiding the true taste by excess spices. Smoky flavor of mashed eggplant was delicate & appetizing truly.
Kudus to the team making the place & amazing food & serving it so elegantly as Pardis.
Hope you will do great for many years to come.
It's the first time i eat in a restaurant & feel like im eating in someone's house , probably the kindest waitress that ive ever come across , i ordered the chicken which was the juiciest & most tender ive had , the rice had a nice thin crispy layer on top which i also loved , will go back for sure to try other menu options
Before any thing else if you are looking for a fancy restaurant it's not, its small restaurant with old furniture. The food tastes was good i like their yoghurt with shallot it was really tasty. The kobide kebab was fine & if you order full rice you can enjoy the « tahdig » . The price is much more reasonable than other Persian restaurants. The most amazing thing was the lady who works there, she was very friendly, nice & had a good service, i really enjoyed ( we went there at the last hour of their working hours but she still had smile & was too welcoming & cared about every single things.) . For sure i will come back there soon & i recommend this restaurant to others.
Small rustic restaurant run by family. The service is very good. Amazing food kobideh & chicken & crispy rice on a side dish. The is display was awesome. Good experience. Recommended
The grilled platter is sooooooooo good so so so GOOD. Even though i didn't dine in & it took me while to get home but the meat was not hard it was still juicy when i ate it . I cant wait to try the other non grilled dishes. I love how they made the Take away experience so pleasant by providing all the condiments including butter for the rice & sumac. I got the irresistible platter, that contains three different grilled type of meat
This was the second I eat from Maison Du Kebab. The food is just top notch. The different dishes are immersed in different flavours & the rice is cooked perfectly. It feels like a family restaurant with the up close personal service. The tea seems to be made with jasmine because the taste & the smell is very distinctive. I recommend.
I've tried plenty of Persian restaurants around the city, but this place tops all of them. Very small setting, but they will reserve the seats if you call in advance! What stands out for me is their crispy rice they add on top! Meat is very tender & juicy! Their soup appetizer is different from the rest of Persian restaurants! Their chelo options is at a better price then the other restaurants offering this dish! Always friendly staff.
