Small, family-owned, charming hole in the wall! The filet mignon was so juicy & the saffron rice had a nice crunch. The soup of the day was very flavorful & portions are were bigger than expected. Staff was friendly & helpful with the menu. They take cash & debit only so plan accordingly!
Even though they've dedicated only a small space to this place, everything here feels made with heart. It's a cozy little corner to escape from everything-quiet, calm, clean, & well organized. You can sit with a friend, enjoy a meal, & have a long chat. & this is still one of the few places where you can truly find the authentic taste of Iranian chelo kebab. I also really liked their desserts because everything is made by them & is genuinely fresh, homemade, & high quality. The prices are very fair as well. If you miss Iranian food & the feeling of the good old days, I highly recommend trying a meal here. I genuinely love this place. They are closed on Mondays.

Got takeout all the way to Ville Saint-Laurent & it was 100% worth it! The food was incredibly delicious. The kubideh (minced beef) was especially outstanding & the chicken was perfectly cooked & full of flavor. - generous portion, super juicy, & incredibly tender.
& wow… the Mirza Ghasemi (smoky eggplant blended with tomatoes, onions, garlic, & spices) was absolutely addictive - I just couldn't get enough of it.
I'm definitely going back! & honestly, I couldn't even wait to eat before taking this photo. 😋

I had an amazing experience at Maison de Kebab! The special Koobideh kebab was honestly one of the best kebabs I've ever had in Montreal. The meat was incredibly juicy, flavorful, & perfectly grilled. The portion size was generous, & the prices were very reasonable for the quality of food. The staff were also very friendly & welcoming. Amazing family-owned restaurant with such a warm & cozy atmosphere. Shadi & the team make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. The Persian food is absolutely delicious, fresh, flavorful, & made with care. You can really feel the love & authenticity in every dish. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comforting & authentic Persian cuisine!
Absolutely amazing & authentic Iranian food. The beef kebab, grilled chicken, & different rice of theirs are all very good options.
The owner is a very kind & friendly lady as well, she genuinely makes the experience feel more like being hosted by an Iranian family rather than dining in a restaurant, which is very wholesome.
The price is also very reasonable, cheap even, if you have 2 person together & you order the daily special offer.
I have came back multiple times during my stay in Montreal. & believe if I ever come back, I will definitely re-visit this restaurant. Inshallah

I've ordered from this restaurant several times, & it's been consistently very good & satisfying. The food always arrives fresh, well-packaged, & still warm, which makes a big difference. Portions are generous, & it's one of those places you can rely on when you want a solid, filling meal without any surprises.
Their kebabs are definitely the highlight for me. They're well-seasoned, juicy, & cooked just right-not dry, not greasy. The flavor is rich without being overwhelming, & they pair really well with the rice & sides. You can tell they pay attention to quality & consistency.

Maison Du Kebab is a fantastic Persian restaurant whether you are dining in or grabbing takeout. The food quality is consistently excellent, & the value for money is definitely great. It is easily one of the best spots for authentic Persian cuisine in the area. I truly hope they retain this level of quality forever!
I came across this place by chance while walking. The food is tasty, generous, & fairly priced. I definitely recommend giving it a try! Personally, I prefer ordering online since the interior is a bit rustic for my taste, but the staff is extremely kind & helpful, making the experience enjoyable.
Hidden gem with amazing food & awesome staff named Pardis. I am Persian & not easy to be impressed set aside surprised by quality & authenticity of the food but this humble place by look from the street offered awesome quality of dishes.
We ordered side of Olive, yogurt with shallot, mashed smoked eggplant, spinach & yogurt & ordered main dishes as rice & bean with meat, chicken kebab & vegetables & meat stew aka ghorme Sabzi.
They were prepared with quality ingredient & in authentic way without hiding the true taste by excess spices. Smoky flavor of mashed eggplant was delicate & appetizing truly.
Kudus to the team making the place & amazing food & serving it so elegantly as Pardis.
