There isn't many Ecuadorian restaurants here in Montreal so when i found this restaurant I had to go try it & I wasn't disappointed the service was really good, they have a friendly staff & great atmosphere. The food is delicious!!! I had a pulled pork sandwich that was packed with flavour it was amazing. They also have some vegetarian options! Truly a hidden gem must try & I will definitely be coming back!

First time I try Ecuadorian food & La Hueca was great! Had the Ecuadorian marinated tofu bowl with a side of Yuca Great flavours & they give many options to customize the bowl. Their chimichuri & different mayo sauces compliment everything really well. Nice owners that took the time to explain to me what each item on the menu was & delivered the plate to my table Overall highly recommended for great flavours & really good price!

The menu was a little intimidating at first, but the server put us at ease & explained everything to us, & even let us taste some of the ingredients before ordering. After tryinf Ecuadorian food for the first time, we can confidently say that we will be coming back. Changing 1-2 toppings/sauces gave the plate an entirely different flavor, & they were both amazing in their own ways. We can tell that they were super passionate about what they do, from their food to their service. We came here after seeing the 5 star reviews, & now we know why.

Excellent! Nous avons été au brunch du dimanche avec le menu spécial Bollon & Cevice. Ça nous a semblé très authentique. Le jus frais était très savoureux aussi & le service chaleureux. Je recommande sans hésiter si vous voulez découvrir la cuisine de ce pays.

By far one of the best food establishments in Montréal. I tried this place for the first time 3 weeks ago & I've been back every week since. Not only is the food tasty & flavourful but it's also fairly priced. Definitely a hidden gem!

la hueca is a beautiful community & hidden gem surrounded by delicious ecuadorian food & an abundance of love. we ordered the encebollado soup & grilled beef plate with several different sauces & were so full we couldn't finish it all ! the portions are incredible. we always look forward to returning & can't wait to try new items on the menu. 💗🇪🇨

Great little place at the back of the Faubourg mall. Delicious food, fair prices & generous portions. Maybe took a few extra minutes than other food court options but well worth it! A hidden gem! The pulled pork «burger » was outstanding! Definitely recommended & can't wait to return!!!

Absolutely delicious. I have never appreciated "cold soups" before I tasted their Jijipijapa Ceviche. Delicious!!! A very cute "hole in the wall vibe"

Comme nous avons pu le lire dans un des avis laissé pour ce petit restaurant, il s'agit vraiment d'une « pépite ». Nous avons eu un petit peu de mal à trouver mais nous étions motivés & nous avons été récompensés (en fait il faut suivre les indications au sol). C'est copieux, c'est merveilleusement bien assaisonné, on voyage tout de suite en Amérique latine avec cette cuisine équatorienne. Une adresse donc absolument incontournable à Montréal.
