I will try to be as respectful as I can, as I understand this is still a small business, run by good people.

The location is extremely convenient if you live in Otterburn park or Mont saint Hilaire. The staff is kind & helpful. Price was great. I give them 5 stars for that. The boulangerie & viennoiserie is not so great though. The products are easy something I can pick up at Maxi in terms of texture, quality & taste.

I have made a mental note to myself that if I'm craving a real croissant, better drive a couple extra minutes to Beloeil. I won't be disappointed.

We stopped in after a hike & ordered 2 warm capicola emmental sandwiches. The homemade rolls were delicious & the owner was very welcoming! We got a baguette blanc, chocolate croissant, croissant buerre, & cheese to-go. Everything was fresh & delicious & would definitely recommend!

I stopped here to buy plans & to see if they had bacon & cheese bread. Unfortunately they did not but they offered to call the cook to see if he would make a special order & he said yes. I ordered 2 loaves & they would call night before they were ready.

Friday night they called to say they would be ready for Saturday morning

They did not disappoint the bread was wonderful. It was made on a Belgian base bread. Just the correct amount of cheese & bacon.
So happy with this & I will be ordering more for sure.

Pas possible de servir du pain de la veille tellement dur qu'on pourrait se casser une dent!
J'aurais honte de servir ça à mes clients!
Tout était sous plastique du pain aux viennoiseries!
Pardon mais ça ne passe pas !

*I wanted to like this place as much as I did the first time I visited it back in 2023 but this time was very, very disappointing & I will not be going back*

I went to two of their locations the other day, looking for the orange flavoured french caneles that I fell in love with a couple of years ago. I did find them but they looked very different compared to the ones I got back then, the outside was definitely missing the beeswax coating - I get it, it's the'economy' that makes it tough to keep up with the good quality ingredients & stuff...BUT, but - selling things with MOLD on them!? This is absolutely unacceptable! 🤢
my 2 year old was eating this canele, when I noticed the white spots on it, I immediately took it out of his hands & he's going to be just fine but hey, this is NOT okay!
To the owner - please consider talking to your teenage employees about food safety because this is serious.

Les cannelés sont leurs meilleures pâtisseries. Leur pain belge est leur meilleur pain. Ils font une bonne fougasse. Service un peu long si vous prenez un café, soyez patient.
