J'ai eu une expérience terrible. J'étais vraiment très enthousiaste à l'idée de goûter les bagels dans cet endroit, mais je le regrette amèrement.

Le service a été horrible : la jeune femme qui nous a servis a été extrêmement impolie du début à la fin. Nous avons dépensé plus de cinquante dollars pour deux bagels au saumon & à l'avocat, un prix franchement excessif. En plus, le bagel est vraiment petit : payer 50 dollars pour une portion aussi réduite, c'est tout simplement ridicule.

Lorsque nous avons demandé des explications concernant le prix, on nous a répondu de manière encore plus désagréable, sans aucun professionnalisme ni considération pour le client.

Le goût du bagel en soi n'est pas mauvais, mais l'expérience globale a été tellement négative qu'elle m'a littéralement frustrée. Je n'y retournerai pas & je ne le recommande pas.

Service peu accueillant & compliquer. Il n'y jamais assez de stock pour acheter une douzaine de bagel frais. Je dois payer mes bagels pour aller les chercher le lendemain. Le lavabo non fonctionnel & salle de bain mal propre.

Les prix un peu élevés (peu lisibles).
Pas beaucoup d'aide pour faire notre choix dans les différentes options.
