After a long flight & missed connection, we were excited to try the bagels we'd heard so much about & bring some home to our family.

Sunday August 2nd after 7 am, we first ordered bagels for breakfast, then asked to use the rest of our vouchers for bagels to go. That's when we were told the bagels available to take home were from the night before, so naturally we assumed the ones we had just ordered were fresh. Unfortunately, they didn't taste fresh at all.

Hopefully this was just a one-off.

Un grand merci à toute l'équipe, & une mention spéciale à Samy. Mon fils a une allergie alimentaire, & il a pris le temps de préparer son sandwich avec beaucoup de soin & d'attention. Son professionnalisme & sa bienveillance nous ont vraiment touchés,J'ai même voulu lui laisser un petit supplément pour le remercier, mais il a refusé en me disant que c'était simplement son travail & qu'il le faisait avec plaisir. C'est rare de rencontrer des personnes aussi investies & humaines. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Service was good, but the bagel itself is pretty terrible. Waaaaay too hard, stale, & worst of all overpriced, cost $15 for a salmon avocado bagel which is just robbery.

This is on the land side, so if you have time to exit & go through security to get back to your flight, go for it! The bagels are fresh & the texture is like a true Montreal bagel (St. Viater)
