I'm giving this rating not because the ice creams were bad, but only because of the rude attitude from the staff. When we arrived at the shop, he was talking on the phone without showing up to the customers for almost 10 minutes. He didn't even bothered giving any apologies or explanation to the customer about why he was not when the line of customers was getting longer! This is absolutely unacceptable.

Usually I love la diperie the ice cream is amazing but this particular location is ALWAYS understaffed. I waited in line for 20 mins just to be told that they don't have the MAIN THING they're supposed to have which is vanilla soft serve, all they had was regular ice cream ( 4 flavors). The workers didn't seem to care that the line was long & one was taking their time in the back on the phone. The ice cream is always very good, i always come here for that soft serve but the service always disappoints. Please staff the place correctly because this diperie is always busy & you can tell the workers are stressed out on top of not having any ice cream.

I had two scoops. Pistachio & chocolate. The pistachio is a must-avoid as it tastes like bitter almond! The chocolate one was meh! All in all, it didn't meet my expectations 😕

Dulce the leche is not caramel... So don't say you sell Dulce de leche ice cream when it is actually caramel...

Vous avez une petite envie de sucré, n'hésitez pas rentrer ! La manager (Madame Sahar) m'a gentiment conseillée le lava cake + crème glacée molle & je dois dire que c'était l'un des meilleurs moelleux au chocolat que j'ai mangé & le combo est délicieux !!
Je reviendrais c'est sur !
