The girl Working right now in the evening didn't even say hi to us. & we were in the shop for 10 minutes, & i go to counter again then she told us to wait another five minutes, but it took us too much time. So we left the shop & buy an ice cream from couche tard.It sounded better.Teribble customer service.

Wonderful experience from Viana, the girl working in the late evening of June 24,2026. She was so professional, kind, respectful, & nice all around, hard worker. Such a pleasure to deal with. The ice cream & crepes were delicious. Thank you:).

Staff & customer service used to be on point!! But the past couple time I come in, it feels like someone died or that it is a hassle to serve me

my family & I went to go get ice cream & we were there before closing hour. The server girl rushed us to leave the store & told us we could not sit there anymore. Very unprofessional & very rude of her. As well she did not seem to know what she was doing & looked very overwhelmed by her own job.
