It's my go to restaurant. I've lived in Vaudreuil for 6 years now & I always come back to La Cage. The service is honestly exceptional, they're very very kind & attentive, not pushy, & funny too! Food is always always very good, generous portions, & very decently priced ! Strongly recommend

Je suis cliente assez régulière. J'ai toujours appréciée mes expériences à la Cage Vaudreuil. Sauf la dernière que je suis allée pour fêter le nouvel an. J'ai vraiment apprécié mon repas spécial : la fondue 🫕 était absolument délicieuse, un vrai régal ! Le service, dans l'ensemble, était impeccable, surtout pour un réveillon du Nouvel An où l'affluence est importante. L'ambiance était agréable & le moment très convivial.

En revanche, un point m'a profondément déçue & m'a laissée un sentiment de trahison. Le serveur nous a d'abord indiqué que, exceptionnellement pour le 31 décembre, la promotion habituelle du mercredi à -50 % sur les bouteilles de vin ne s'appliquait pas. Nous avons donc commandé un quart de vin. Quelques minutes plus tard, le serveur est revenu en nous disant qu'il allait « nous faire une faveur » en nous accordant finalement les -50 % sur les bouteilles de vin.

Après avoir échangée avec d'autres clients, j'ai appris qu'ils avaient tous bénéficié de cette réduction, comme tous les mercredis. J'ai donc eu le sentiment d'une manipulation inutile, donnant l'impression que cela visait surtout à augmenter l'addition ou le pourboire.

C'est vraiment dommage, car la qualité du repas & du service aurait mérité une expérience irréprochable.
