Terrible experience - I do not recommend this place. The matcha latte was one of the worst I have ever had, with no matcha flavor & tasting entirely of barista milk. I asked for it as a cortado, & it was even worse - the water-to-matcha-to-milk ratio was completely off.
We waited 20 minutes for a bánh mì & soup before asking to have them to go. Packing took another 10 minutes, & the soup came without spoons - they had to search in the basement for some. The food was okay, but the staff seemed indifferent & never apologized.

i love this place for a cheeky tea time & their scones!! some of the best in the city 🌟i recently tried their grilled cheese + soup du jour (butternut & sundried tomato)….it made going out in the freezing wind so worth it
Although the food was tasty, the service ruined my experience. We were five people & were only suggested to take 2x the high tea towers & there was clearly not enough for the amount of people we were so we ended up placing 4 orders. With tower comes tea & scones, & when ordering the second set of towers our tea was not refilled & we had to ask for our scones, as the waiter forgot.
Quelle magnifique expérience! Nous étions 3 pour prendre le thé & nous avons tout adoré! C'était paisible, sympathique, plein de belles & délicieuses surprises. Je recommande fortement d'amener vos ami.es, parents, enfants... j'y retournerai c'est sûr!
À Montréal, l'hiver s'accroche &, pour une fois, c'est tant mieux. Il nous a offert hier une magnifique valse de gros flocons, l'un des spectacles les plus gracieux & féériques de l'univers. Ma mère & moi en étions aux premières loges, assis royalement sur nos chaises rembourrées derrière les grandes baies vitrées du café & salon de thé La brume dans mes lunettes, en train de boire à petites gorgées nos infusions colorées & aromatiques chinoises de la grande maison londonienne Fortnum & Mason.
Bien qu'une chute de neige ne soit pas typiquement anglaise, il était difficile de demander mieux comme ambiance pour cette heure & demie passée à déguster nos plateaux « Sa Majesté la reine » & « Longue vie au Roi », parés de savoureuses menues pâtisseries & bouchées salées dont les fameux sandwichs aux concombres & la tartelette au beurre & crème citron. Au goût de ma parente trônaient au sommet du plaisir le majestueux & riche mini bagel gravlax de saumon, lisse & fondant, antéposé au financier à la framboise aux arômes d'amande avec sa coque légèrement croustillante, qui, une fois percée, révélait sa tendreté moelleuse & humide, & à la saucisse de porc en croûte, heureux mariage de son armure feuilletée & de son trésor juteux.
Il n'y avait rien pour entamer notre aise seigneuriale. Au contraire, en plus du magnifique tableau peint par cette neige éphémère, les éléments semblaient orchestrés pour nous recevoir de la façon la plus feutrée & agréable qui soit. En ce mardi après-midi, le café était gracieusement rempli à moitié, laissant de l'espace pour nous détendre. La faune était jeune, bien disposée &, je dirais même, coquettement vêtue, s'intégrant parfaitement dans ce décor aux touches de bois, de vert & de blanc. Les pâtisseries, les thés & leurs vaisselles attitrées versaient dans l'élégance & le raffinement. Les excellents scones, friables & parfumés, que l'on peut se procurer, cuits ou congelés, sur place étaient déposés dans un panier & soigneusement enveloppés dans un linge à la couleur de crème. Le service restait toujours courtois, sincèrement souriant, empreint de chaleur & de bons sentiments.
Au surplus, quelques anecdotes amusantes sont venues ponctuer notre bref séjour. Entre autres, j'ai ressenti une vive satisfaction d'avoir reconnu instantanément le chef d'un des meilleurs restaurants au Canada qui venait y prendre son café & ma mère a éprouvé une réelle surprise accompagnée d'un subit mouvement de recul lorsqu'elle a ouvert la porte de la toilette & aperçu un employé qui… oui, enfin, ça peut arriver à tous, non ? Ce n'est pas grave du tout.
Pour les questions de forme, l'heure du thé se consomme idéalement à deux têtes pour les raisons suivantes : primo, l'espace est assez restreint & fonctionne comme un café accueillant des étudiants toute la journée. Secundo, le prix revient à 32 $ par personne, & il est possible de combiner les deux plateaux en un seul. Pensez à réserver. Si vous souhaitez venir la journée même, dans l'éventualité où le site internet n'afficherait plus de disponibilités, appelez & on vous dénichera, s'il y a lieu, une table pour votre glorieux passage. À ce moment, il n'y aura peut-être pas de tombée de doux cristaux immaculés sur Saint-Zotique pour vous ravir à votre tour, mais votre visite à La brume dans mes lunettes ne devrait pas être moins grandiose pour autant.

Très jolie café & très agréable ! Nous sommes venus pour manger rapidement & comme il y a une une minuscule attente (vraiment pas dérangeant) la dame nous a offert un scone vraiment très gentil de sa part !
We had Rooibos & Chai tea. Roiboos was ok but the chai was not as strong as we would like it. Very very light & when we add a little milk to it it got even worst. We do not eat pork & beef - we asked if we could switch to something else - instead they replaced it by something sweet. Service for the food was a bit of a wait. We received the tea fairly quick but the food took some time to arrive. The quiche & bagel & scones were very good..The cucumber sandwich was good but the other ones with egg we did not like them - they tasted too much vinegar. A little bit deceived with the mishaps. The rest was ok.
Came here for tea & was not disappointed. Such a cute & cozy tea shop. The service is fast & they play a little song for you depending on if you got the king or queen platter. Everything was so delicious & more filling than you think. My favourites from the queen platter were the the prosciutto slider & the smoked salmon bagel. My favourite scone was the cheese one.
I also got a matcha & it was delicious. Just the right amount of sweetness.
I really recommend! Make sure to reserve as it is a small space & it gets full quick!
Great cafe. Very sustainable & eco conscious. The chai isn't that good, a bit weaker than i like, but it is homemade. The decaf coffee was very good though. The atmosphere is perfect for working. They have an indoor & outdoor seating area.
We took the afternoon tea deal. Everything was delicious, the place is not very big, feels more like a cute cozy tea place. If you're planning to take the same deal, I recommend the Queen's menu! The food, the scones & the teas were quite fresh & tasty. Highly recommend to come check this place out with either on a cute date or with a small group of friends.
It's a beautiful place, nice staff, I was trying to get a latte without any sugar but they don't have a milk option like that, I tried then a cold brew & it was not available, then I switched to an americano with ice but they don't offer cream 🤭
I think it's a good place to have lunch/brunch not for work/study
The coffee roast is a little bit bitterly (if you like that is perfect)
