Very disappointing experience - tourists beware

We visited as tourists on August 9. The vegetable focaccia sandwich & pistachio croissant were genuinely good, but unfortunately the lemon pastry was very bad & did not match what we expected from the description.

When I politely raised my concern, I felt dismissed rather than listened to. I was not demanding a refund or free replacement - I simply hoped for some courtesy & a reasonable solution.

I emailed management afterward & waited for a response, but never received one. That was even more disappointing & makes it seem like they simply don't care about customer feedback.

As a tourist who doesn't speak French, I would unfortunately not recommend this place.

Je voulais un simple café filtre & la fille était complètement perdue. C'est bizarre… j'ai fini par prendre un latte. C'était très décevant. La portion était minuscule pour 6$, & c'était très amer.

Je ne reviendrai pas. Quelle horrible expérience.

Arrivés sur place 1 min avant la fermeture (19h59) & les 2 employés n'ont pas hésité à nous sévir nos 2 cornets de crèmes glacées avec sourire
Juste 1 bémol, la musique bcp trop forte dans le commerce, ça ne cadre pas avec l'endroit.

J'ai acheté 3 gâteaux de 8 part la veille au soir pour le lendemain midi. Nous avons pris l'écureuil, le gâteau coco/banane & shortcake aux fraises, nos invités étaient ravis !

Really good cafe & croissants place with pastries in Mont Tremblant village. We had the kouing aman, croissants & cafe. Everything was delicious & served quickly & with a smile. Their pastries also looked really good. I recommend the place.

Hier je suis arrêtée a cette pâtisserie un dèlice fou bon des goûts en bouche qu'on ne peu oublier mon conjoint a dit c'est donc bien cher je lui réponds attends tu verras .
Ça vaut le coût allez y découvrir ne pas s'arrêter au coût mais au goût.
Merci une vraie merveille de saveur.
