Service & waiters/waitresses are great! But...... the rest of the experience far from being good

- egg shell in the first bite of one of the burgers
- Not caramelized onions as advertised, just sautéed & overly seasoned with pepper, which i could call false advertisement.
If you want me to come teach your staff how to actually caramelize onions, comment on this review & i will gladly come do it!
Philly was NOTHING like the pic, veryy deceiving, unfortunately i was so shocked & disappointed by how different from the picture it looked, wish i took a picture. The menu picture looks like a nicely large juicy burger with philly steak on top of the patties, & what i got was literally half the size of the picture or even less, & the content of it was just a regular burger with 2 sad slices of beef with 3 pieces of mushroom & the fake caramelized onions
& on top of all that, DJ kept playing music while the fighters were making entrance on one of the biggest fights of the year & the fight before that he kept playing it through the fight

Enjoyed the ambiance & style of the restaurant. Better than many of the commercialized chains. Staff was extremely friendly.
Burger was cooked perfectly. The one I ate was rather large. So, I expect to make a bit of a mess. The bun wasn't soggy & all the ingredients worked well for how big it was. Fries are good. Not the best, but definitely my style. The red pickle was a nice touch. I meant to ask how it was pickled, it had a sugary sweetness to it.
Would love to go back & try some of other burgers.

Normalement ils acceptent seulement les chiens de service. Sauf que comme c'était après l'heure de pointe, qu'il n'y avait pas grand mon & que mon petit chien de 6lb était dans une poussette & qu'il faisait vraiment très froid. Le gérant a accepté de nous laisser rentrer pour manger.
Bonjour ! Ma mère & moi sommes aller le 14 mars & nous avons été servis par Eloise. C'est une perle. On a eu un service impeccable. Elle est super sympathique. & le repas était vraiment délicieux !
Super belle expérience! On a eu vraiment beaucoup de plaisir du début à la fin. L'ambiance est dynamique & parfaite pour passer un bon moment entre amis ou en famille.
Un gros merci à notre serveuse, Eloise, qui était tout simplement excellente : attentionnée, souriante & très professionnelle. Elle a vraiment contribué à rendre notre soirée encore plus agréable!
La nourriture était délicieuse & les portions généreuses. On va certainement revenir! 😍
