"Server (only 1 in resto) seemed like an owner and didn't seem to care with servicing a table after food delivery. Just sat and waited for meal to end. Didn't clear plates until we got up indicating we're done. Server wouldn't alter the protein in the meal (chicken instead of beef). 5 tea pots on wall, but doesn't have tea? Huh? Food was decent, and..."
