Une expérience exceptionnelle ! Nico, Zach & Beatriz sont incroyablement accueillants, attentionnés & professionnels. L'ambiance est chaleureuse & on se sent tout de suite à l'aise.
Mais surtout, un immense bravo à André, le chef talentueux qui a préparé tout le coquetel japonais - un vrai délice, plein de saveurs, de créativité & de finesse. 🍣✨

Je suis allée chez La Base plusieurs fois & c'est toujours un coup de coeur! Le café est excellent, la nourriture est savoureuse & de grande qualité. On voit vraiment qu'ils mettent du soin & de la créativité dans chaque détail du menu. Le service est toujours agréable & chaleureux. J'adore l'endroit & je le recommande à 100%!

Moi & mon frère sommes allés déjeuner hier lui a pris un grilled cheese BLT avec poulet & moi une omelette. C'était délicieux & des ingrédients de qualité ! Bon service & propriétaire super gentil. Joli endroit. Nous recommandons !

The first thing that catches your eye is the good interior, which lends itself to a pleasant time. ✨ It's cozy & comfortable here.
The staff speaks two languages - English & French, which is very convenient. 🗣?

I recommend hot chocolate in this almost very cold weather, even if you drink non-dairy milk. The homemade jam is also delicious.

Wow, wow, wow! 🤩 This is an amazing gem of a brunch spot! The cheese & ham omelette was delicious, as were the fresh fruit (that all tasted bio), the toast & the perfectly crisp bacon. Lastly, the homemade berry jam? Get ready to be dazzled! Highly recommend & will be back. 10/10

Meilleur café-cantine de Verdun, pour le matin, le midi & même le soir ! Super café, grandioses éclairs au chocolat, les grilled-cheese cochons, poutine de qualité, bons burgers, du bon vin, & un staff aimable ! Régulièrement, de chouettes soirées à thème avec musique, cocktails & spécialités culinaires. Bref, pour changer de la Well, un endroit que je recommande!

I've visited this lovely cafe a few times to grab a coffee & a pastel de nata after leaving the gym but I just stopped in for brunch on their beautiful patio (heated!) & this has moved up in my ranks of Verdun cafes. I had the toast Beyrouth with a flat white (all coffees were $2 that Saturday afternoon for some reason - I wasn't complaining hehe) & it was so beautiful & delicious. It was the perfect amount of food since I wasn't super hungry so if you are craving more I'd order an additional dish or one of their grilled cheeses. I grabbed a slice of their pumpkin cardamom tart to enjoy at home & it was so flavorful - highly recommend their desserts & pastries. Super excited to come back & try more of their menu, especially during the evening.

Accueil très chaleureux avec Nicolas le propriétaire, nous avons discuté pendant longtemps & il m'a recommandé de très bon endroits pour ma balade à vélo, je reviendrai sans hésitation, le café était excellent.
