Eva She is the best! Every time I went there her recommendation are always the best , today recommendation was Lait taro with tapioca & Sakura pearls & it was delicious an refreshing

The staff is always so rude for no reason in person & i ordered online & it took over an hour cause they forgot to check their online orders. 1/10 lmao
Workers are very nice & great at recommending drinks, & price is very fair for what you're paying. I also had a delight previous times ordering here because of the wide choices of selection.
I've been hooked on the pink lemonade & lemon honey mint drink with peach popping bubbles. My favorite drink spot. Staff are awesome & the owners are really cool people. I'm due for a drink.
Best smoothie I ever had ♥️. They used real fruit instead of syrup. It was incredibly fresh. Unlike McDonald's who fill it up with ice & Starbucks (who doesn't even serve smoothies anymore), L2 is the best. If I could, I would give them infiti stars. As they deserve. #######so fresh# Go 2 L2#

I think I would have enjoyed my bubble tea more if that obnoxious guest care/supervisor didn't approach me just to confront me about requiring assistance from the staff in the mall. Her rudeness & disrespectfulness in her tone of voice. Just ugh!! Rather than enjoying a nice mango milk bubble tea, I nearly threw up! If the people behind the counter preparing my order heard all that, I'm sorry! Your bubble tea place definitely deserves a better rating from me, but that disgusting experience ruined my appetite! I'll definitely come back when she gets fired! Besides, if she was having a bad hair day that moment, how unprofessional of her to release all her anger on 2 total strangers, let alone 2 blind customers who are just as normal as regular consumers coming to her mall! We were just trying to find ways to pass the remaining time we had before our transport arrives, rather than sitting around & twiddling our thumbs!
I love bubble tea & the place is nice. I wish they had better options like presotea & also that they would open earlier. Why 10am why not 9am when you have students & people heading to work. I would love to order something & head to work & enjoy it throughout the day. It's disappointing.
