Overall, customers describe L2 Bubbletea as a solid spot for flavorful and well made bubble tea with a wide range of toppings and flavors, friendly and attentive staff, and a welcoming roomy space with wifi; many favorites include the Hong Kong milk tea with the right level of sweetness and classic tea drinks, and there is a sense of consistent quality and quick service at fair prices, making it suitable for sipping alone or with friends; however, some drawbacks show up in reviews, such as a dirty sticky bathroom with a large machine, occasional loud music, and mixed notes about pearl texture in milk teas, plus a rare rude interaction and variation in experiences from visit to visit.
Decent, but not quite authentic. As someone who has been drinking bubble tea for 28 years, I found the Taro & pearl quality to be underwhelming.
It's also a bit misleading that a shop called'L2 Bubble Tea' doesn't include tapioca in the base price. Paying a $1.20 premium for pearls on an average drink makes it hard to justify the price point.

The staff member definitely needs to be replaced; today Iwas there ..this person is very rude. You're lying... I only came to ask if the order was ready... you were preparing something & not serving anyone... I came in & just asked a question, & I had to do that... just be polite & helpful to people... you're not in a position to offer advice to anyone... check the cameras & be an honest & polite person.
It's a really great place, the bubble tea is awesome & the staff is great (even saw 2 of them dancing when a song came on & it made me smile) but the one thing that I really don't like is the bathroom, it's dirty, the floor is sticky & there's even a whole ladder that leads to the ceiling?? There's also this huge machine in it.

Confession: I'm a bubble tea addict, & this place has me hooked for life. The staff already know my order (shoutout to the best kind of VIP treatment 😂), & every drink is made with so much care. I've tried other places, but nothing compares to the consistency here.
If you haven't tried the Hong Kong milk tea with 50% sugar, you're missing out. It's the perfect combo of bold tea flavour & just the right touch of sweetness. Plus, their pearls are always fresh & chewy.
If you're looking for bubble tea that's both delicious & reliable, this is the place 🧋😊
