L2 Bubbletea is widely appreciated for its delicious drinks, extensive menu options, and consistently friendly, welcoming service. Many patrons enjoy the cozy atmosphere, pleasant music, and reliable quality that keep them coming back regularly. While the majority of feedback is positive regarding both the beverages and the staff, some visitors have noted concerns regarding cleanliness, the pricing structure of toppings, and inconsistent texture in the pearls. Overall, it is frequently cited as a favorite local spot in the area for those seeking a refreshing and enjoyable bubble tea experience.
They really don't go through the ordering process properly - they assume the base you want, & if you aren't super careful to tell them exactly what tea they just do juice which is so, so sweet. It really isn't a good process..
I don't drink boba tea often, so I don't have high expectations of what's considered'good' or'bad,' but what I do know is that the rare time I craved it, I decided to try my local L2 Lounge & now it's my go-to spot for boba.
For my first visit, Gabbie was guiding me. She shared that she's been working there for awhile & it showed as it seemed like she knew the menu like the back of her hand.
Once she described the Hokkaido, it was exactly what I was hoping to find on a hot summer day. Now would it taste as good as it sounds?
Yup! & then some...because during my second visit, not only was I grateful that Gabbie was there to guide me again, this time, she suggested the taro pearls & now I'm hooked on Hakkaido!
Beyond the boba, I'm really here to share my gratitude for Gabbie. Sometimes when you're trying something new with as many options as L2 can create, it can be intimidating sometimes.
But Gabbie was patient, kind & asked clarifying questions (such as preferred sweetness), all with a smile on her face!
I left as a happy camper & customer with a delicious summer treat in one hand & a satisfied smile in the other, all thanks to Gabbie!
La musique est bonne ça mets une bonne ambiance en attendant nos drinks, le service est bien ils sont souriants, c'est le fun de pas avoir l'impression de déranger. & les drinks sont délicieux. Merci à votre belle équipe

Decent, but not quite authentic. As someone who has been drinking bubble tea for 28 years, I found the Taro & pearl quality to be underwhelming.
It's also a bit misleading that a shop called'L2 Bubble Tea' doesn't include tapioca in the base price. Paying a $1.20 premium for pearls on an average drink makes it hard to justify the price point.
The staff member definitely needs to be replaced; today Iwas there ..this person is very rude. You're lying... I only came to ask if the order was ready... you were preparing something & not serving anyone... I came in & just asked a question, & I had to do that... just be polite & helpful to people... you're not in a position to offer advice to anyone... check the cameras & be an honest & polite person.
It's a really great place, the bubble tea is awesome & the staff is great (even saw 2 of them dancing when a song came on & it made me smile) but the one thing that I really don't like is the bathroom, it's dirty, the floor is sticky & there's even a whole ladder that leads to the ceiling?? There's also this huge machine in it.
J'adore venir ici pour déguster une bonne boisson rafraichissante & j'aime aussi qu'il y a à tous les mois la saveur du mois, ce qui permet d'essayer des nouvelles saveur de bubble tea. Je recommande.
