The Spice: This is where they won me over. I asked for extra-mega-spicy, & they delivered the perfect balance. It wasn't just'hot' for the sake of being hot; it was a complex heat that built up slowly.

This is the one & only Indian restaurant we go to or take out for the past 15 years! Their chicken balti is our favourite dish & I haven't seen any other restaurant has it. The samosas are the best too!
