J'ai essayé plusieurs Kuto dans différentes villes. Je suis retournée à plus d'une reprise à celui de Granby afin de m'en faire une idee & je suis mitigée quant à la nourriture.
Lors de ma dernière visite avec mon conjoint & mon enfant (+-3 ans), nous avons pris le menu enfant ainsi que le duo de tartares. Le repas de mon fils n'était pas adapté à un enfant ( bcp de roquette sans sauce, riz blanc & 3 morceaux de poulet).
De nôtre côté, j'ai pris une combinaison de tartare au boeuf Kuto & au saumon asiatique. Le boeuf Kuto n'avait pas de pacanes caramélisées comme mentionné au menu & aucun assaisonnement (sel/poivre). Quand j'ai mentionné à la serveuse que le boeuf Kuto ne goûtait pas comme d'habitude & que le goût était particulier, celle ci m'a répondu qu'ils avaient changé de chefs & que le propriétaire trouvait aussi que cela goûtait différent & était que c'était moins bon qu'à l'habitude. Le saumon quant a lui était bon, même si non assaisonné.

J'espère sincèrement que des correctifs seront appliqués, car j'aime beaucoup les tartares de l'enseigne Kuto & ce, depuis de nombreuses années.

WoW première fois se soir chez Küto. Nous avons adoré l'endroit & les tartares étaient délicieux. Un service impeccable de la pars des serveuses ainsi que le propriétaire. Je recommande.
