He serves customers with a genuine smile & makes everyone feel valued & appreciated. His excellent customer service is one of the reasons I keep coming back. i absolutely love this place i only come to this location for several reasons the girl who opens is the sweetest & the nicest i've seen her tag name & it says hanae she's absolutely nice & helpful her coffee tastes great not too sweet not bitter i always order a latte & a bagel she's one of the only ones that get them from the back when they aren't available , i love the atmosphere & the service from anyone that works evening too they are friendly & welcoming, i've had several bad interactions with some people that work in this store but what makes me come back is the friendly service from these ppl that i like & tbh if they aren't there i leave immediately!
