I come here very often when I study. I like their donuts & coffee. The people that work there are always nice too, especially Othmane, who happens to always be there when I pass by. I've seen Ziao a few times too. The place is always clean too. Great donuts, great people.

I had a great experience at this coffee shop! The coffee is always fresh & delicious, & the atmosphere is warm & welcoming. A special thank you to Ziad, who is always so friendly & professional. He serves customers with a genuine smile & makes everyone feel valued & appreciated. His excellent customer service is one of the reasons I keep coming back. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great coffee & outstanding service!

i absolutely love this place i only come to this location for several reasons the girl who opens is the sweetest & the nicest i've seen her tag name & it says hanae she's absolutely nice & helpful her coffee tastes great not too sweet not bitter i always order a latte & a bagel she's one of the only ones that get them from the back when they aren't available , i love the atmosphere & the service from anyone that works evening too they are friendly & welcoming, i've had several bad interactions with some people that work in this store but what makes me come back is the friendly service from these ppl that i like & tbh if they aren't there i leave immediately!

The service in this place is bad. Worst coffee ever & everyone that works there is incompetent. Don't get anything except the donuts, they're ok, but based on other reviews they're a hit or miss so I'd be careful. The Krispy Kreme on st Catherine is nicer.

Donut was incredibly mid & I wasn't impressed by the selection. Coffee was normal but they were out of milk. Shocked that they are still in business.
