The service in this place is bad. Worst coffee ever & everyone that works there is incompetent. Don't get anything except the donuts, they're ok, but based on other reviews they're a hit or miss so I'd be careful. The Krispy Kreme on st Catherine is nicer.

Donut was incredibly mid & I wasn't impressed by the selection. Coffee was normal but they were out of milk. Shocked that they are still in business.

We just found this location of the franchise & wanted to try it out one Sunday afternoon. It was relatively empty so not too busy with plenty of seating. We ordered coffee & noted that the iced coffee is a premix & has sugar. The hot coffees can be made without sugar. There is a wide selection of doughnuts to choose from & special prices on set quantities. This is a doughnut cafe so all of the items are vegetarian. The cost of 2 doughnuts & coffees came to about $11, which is quite reasonable. The doughnuts were good but dry so lacked freshness, which was somewhat disappointing. The coffees were good but the small size is actually quite large & we could have shared. In future, we may visit the busier location as the dessert snacks there are likely fresher.l for the same pricing. The staff were friendly, efficient, & helpful in making our order choices.

Clean environment & nice enough staff. My issue is that they didn't have certain things in stock that were advertised on their menu in store, which is unfortunate because those menu items were the only reason I had went to the shop. I had to settle for a different coffee drink which was just original with some flavouring, i had spent 10 dollars for two drinks which isn't bad, but boy the drink was, my girlfriend & i couldn't even get past three sips so i'm disappointed because i assumed a coffee/donut shop would have things in stock & at least be decent tasting. 4/10

Excellent vibes! It is a pleasant place to have a coffee & doughnuts. It is also good for grab & go! The interior decoration is nice & simple.
