Supposed to be open at 7am...we were here at 645 & waited today, 7am came & passed.. 705 lady came opened store for herself, got things prepared, donuts out, putting up signage, 718,finally opened.
We had an early morning appointment, if you say you open at 7am...that means.. You should be ready & operating at 7am.
Les serveuses Jihane & Hanaa nous ont très bien servis. Nous sommes venus tard après un souper & elles sont su bien nous accueillir & très bien nous servir.
J'ai découvert ce KK par hasard & heureux de l'avoir trouver. Le café est frais & chaud. Les donuts originals frais, moelleux, & toujours aussi bons. Excellent service,je ne compends pas les avis 1 étoile. Le restaurant est vaste. Les tables ne sont pas empilés les une sur les autres. Il y a de l'espace. Les prix sont très raisonnables.
The service in this place is bad. Worst coffee ever & everyone that works there is incompetent. Don't get anything except the donuts, they're ok, but based on other reviews they're a hit or miss so I'd be careful. The Krispy Kreme on st Catherine is nicer.

first time tasting krispy kreme. some donuts are good, some are not good. Hygiene should be better...
Othman provided great service I wasn't sure how much to get for my party but he reccomended the right amount & right choices

Krespy Creamy is a new & spacious spot in downtown Montreal the place looks really nice & clean, with great hygiene & a welcoming vibe. I didn't get the chance to try their food yet, but everything looks promising. I'll definitely come back soon to rate the food & service next time!

I really appreciate the service I received here. The staff are always welcoming. I visited this place again recently for their Harry Potter themed donuts & I loved the Gryffindor donut.
