Im really disappointed by the service , beverages were barely filled, donuts all dry, & half the machines weren't working according to them, would not recommend!

Manager Samiya is very friendly & welcoming. she gives out fresh donuts! Make sure to go when they make it fresh. manager very sweet

The place is so clean & the staff, especially the manager Saamiyah were so welcoming & nice. Fresh donuts everytime we go there. Best location yet!

Went in with my 2 year old daughter, & was met with the friendliest service. Fresh donut was offered to her while we made our selections. A big thank you to the supervisor, Princesse! I definitely recommend

Overall pretty good. But the concerns of others hold true. Freshness & variety are a bit of an issue at this location. On the first time or so I bought here, one of the staff said they'll soon bring more of the varieties available at the other locations, especially the cake-based donuts. I haven't seen any of these on my last visit most recently. When will you be bringing in more of the regular varieties?

UPDATE: Wow, they're improving with variety. Also the interactions with the staff are overall more pleasant. Love that they now have the cake-based donuts, it's one of the main things that were missing.
