Krispy Kreme a commencé à faire des beignets glacés originaux il y a de cela plus de 80 ans. Il a fallu attendre le 11 décembre 2001 pour que l’expérience Krispy Kreme ne mette le pied au Canada, lors de l’ouverture du magasin de Mississauga, en Ontario. Peu après, les premiers magasins de Québec et de Montréal ont ouvert leurs portes. À partir de ce moment, Krispy Kreme est devenu une destination prisée de ceux qui savent apprécier la magie de nos beignets chauds et de notre café.
Les avis sur Krispy Kreme convergent vers des beignets frais et souvent chauds, une fabrication sur place visible, un endroit propre et lumineux et un service rapide et sympathique. Les clients apprecient la variete qui evolue selon les magasins, les saveurs originales et les gestes pour les enfants, et beaucoup recommandent cette experience. Certaines visites signalent une affluence pouvant rallonger les attentes et une fraicheur pouvant varier selon les passages, mais impression generale reste positive et donne envie de revenir. My boyfriend & I entered the shop & we noticed a lot of people were waiting at the cash & everybody seem confused about where to order because all the employees were not paying attention to the customers, talking to each other's & were on their phone. I had to asked myself where to order my food. We wanted to get original glazed donuts but they were unavailable, two minutes later, she said that it was'just here' on the racks but they were there the whole time I asked if there's any. The people that was in front of us were still waiting for their donuts, which it was just there the whole time.
I will give 5 stars for my donuts & if I could give zero for customer service & would've give zero.
I ordered a dozen variety donuts on Uber Eats with instructions, & I got 12 plain donuts. This Location on numerous occasions gives a horrible experience.
Some of the best donuts ever!!!!!!! I decided to get a box or assorted & a box of originals today, the service was so quick & the donuts were very fresh! I also had amazing service from a worker named Addison, she was so kind to me & very sweet! She made my overall experience so much better with her positive attitude & extreme aura.
Our experience was mixed. The original glazed donuts coming off hot were great. We bought a dozen fancy ones to take home for Christmas Eve & half of them were a bummer, the other half was decent. The person who took our order was very good but most of the staff seemed to just be hanging out & goofing off which gave the place a weird vibe where you're not sure if you're supposed to be there or not. The coffee is not good, it tastes like weak Maxwell House. We'll probably go back someday, but will be more careful about what we choose.
The prices were good, but I'd be willing to spend a bit more for a coffee than doesn't disappoint. It's much better than Horton's, but that's a pretty low bar & not much of a compliment.
I went Saturday night the manager & supervisors were the funniest kindest people. I came all the way from Ottawa & was given the freshest donuts & best service.

Im really disappointed by the service , beverages were barely filled, donuts all dry, & half the machines weren't working according to them, would not recommend!
