Les meilleurs beignes selon mes goûts. Quand-même pas mal de choix. J'en profites à chaque fois que je suis de passage à Pierrefonds pour aller en acheter.
J'ai acheté une douzaine de beignet. Ils n'étaient pas frais du tout. Par ex : le chocolat était sec & dur, comme s'il était resté trois jours sur les plateaux. Ne goûtez même pas comme un beigne à la crème anglaise. Ceux au glaçage de chocolat où aux fraise à l' arc-en-ciel n'avaient pas l'air appétissants. Les employés semblaient peu motivés. Ils passaient leur temps à faire des niaiseries au lieu de vérifier la fraîcheur des produits. Très déçue. Ce n'est plus comme a l'ouverture.
Les 2 filles qui travaillaient le 22 janvier 2026 à 13h30 étaient extrêmement gentilles & serviables. Les beignes avaient tous l'air frais. C'était lumineux & propre. 100%

Le point de vente / restaurant est un centre de production sur site qui permet une consommation sur place.
L'endroit est propre & offre un bon service de vente.
Le restaurant est localisé au rez-de-chaussée. La salle de bain est facilement accessible au premier plan.
Accueillie en français rapidement. Beaux sourires de la part de tous les employés présents ce matin! Merci ma journée commence bien, je reviendrai c'est certain!

Some of the best donuts ever!!!!!!! I decided to get a box or assorted & a box of originals today, the service was so quick & the donuts were very fresh! I also had amazing service from a worker named Addison, she was so kind to me & very sweet! She made my overall experience so much better with her positive attitude & extreme aura.

Great experience, place is clean & staff is extremely friendly. ZINA & SAMIRA WERE VERY WELCOMING.Waited just a few mins for a fresh batch but it was so worth the wait, so delicious. THANK YOU GUYS
Très déçu de ma dernière visite. J'ai acheté 2 beignes au chocolat qui étaient secs & durs, comme s'ils avaient été faits il y a plus de 3 jours. Pour ne rien arranger, 2 beignes originaux étaient beaucoup plus petit, bien loin de la taille normale à laquelle Krispy Kreme nous habitue. Payer le plein prix pour des produits qui manquent de fraîcheur & de constance, c'est inacceptable. À éviter si vous cherchez du'frais du jour'. Homers est de loin supérieur!
The supervisor Ali at Krispy Kreme provided excellent service & was very helpful throughout our visit. He was professional, friendly, & made sure everything went smoothly. His positive attitude really stood out & made the experience enjoyable.
