A disappointing experience yesterday, March 16. The girl at the cash was quite rude, never smiled,& made the interaction feel uncomfortable for me & my little daughter as if we were a pain in her day!!A little friendly attitude goes a long way, especially in customer service. I hope management addresses this, as it really affects the overall experience.
Évidemment les beignes Krispy Kreme sont un incontournable & à cette succursale, ils peuvent vous les servir tout chaud, même si je préfère mon beigne froid & un peu croustillant
My boyfriend & I entered the shop & we noticed a lot of people were waiting at the cash & everybody seem confused about where to order because all the employees were not paying attention to the customers, talking to each other's & were on their phone. I had to asked myself where to order my food. We wanted to get original glazed donuts but they were unavailable, two minutes later, she said that it was'just here' on the racks but they were there the whole time I asked if there's any. The people that was in front of us were still waiting for their donuts, which it was just there the whole time.
I will give 5 stars for my donuts & if I could give zero for customer service & would've give zero.

Les beignets sont vraiment bons. Par contre, au service au volant, il faut vraiment vérifier l'intérieur de la boîte avant de partir, ils m'ont donné plusieurs beignets que je n'ai jamais demandé & je l'ai remarqué seulement arrivée chez moi. S'ils leur manquaient certaines saveurs, il fallait mieux le mentionner plutôt que de faire comme si tout était beau dans la boîte. J'avais demandé trois biscuit & crème, trois originaux, deux pommes cannelles, deux Oreos & deux Oreo dorés.
I ordered a dozen variety donuts on Uber Eats with instructions, & I got 12 plain donuts. This Location on numerous occasions gives a horrible experience.
