Expérience toujours bonne à l'habitude mais aujourd'hui l'employée était très désagréable, a échappé la pelle à glace par terre & nous a servis notre café glacé sans même la rincer…
18:15 l'enseigne rouge est allumée. La moitié des choix sont non dispos. Y'a 3000 beignes glacées qui sont dans les trays en arrière & ils continuent d'en faire au lieu de faire les spéciaux des fêtes & tout les autres. Ça fait quelques fois que ça m'arrive mais habituellement c'est plus vers 20-2h pas 18:15. DÉCEVANT

Présentoir de beigne presque vide mais derrière on vois tout les autre sorte dans les rack ....demande a la jeune fille d'aller en chercher mais non.... dommage payer 16$ pour trois sorte de beigne ...... J'aimerais une réponse du pourquoi la jeune fille peut pas prendre les beigne derrière haaaa PS un petit sourire & ne pas bourasser les boîte de beigne serais apprécié les clients font leurre paye
Super bon & très calorique, sauf que quand je suis arriver pour payer avec mon téléphone, la machine fonctionnait pas même si sa affichait clairement que il prenait apple pat & Google pay
7 saveurs non disponibles & les beignes sont rendu tellement petit qu'il aurait facilement pu en rentrer 2-3 de plus dans la boite car il non pas encore rapetissé l'emballage.
J'ai commandé à 22h01 & une employée dénommée Aya, service de merde c'est rare que j'ai vu de telle attitude. J'aimerais ça que le gérant m'appelle parce que elle devrait pas travailler au service au volant. j'ai dit bonjour trois fois & la fille m'a jamais répondu.
We came while they were in production mode. The young man who served us need to learn some manners such as when someone says hello & asks how you are doing you don't just respond yes. We come to spend an hour while our car was charging at the neon charging stations close by. We ordered donuts & a hot chocolate.
