J'ai fait préparé une commande spéciale pour mon gender reveal en juillet, & la dame en charge des commandes, Kelly, a été un ange, tellement patiente avec moi autant au téléphone que par courriel pour vérifier ce qui était possible de faire même si je leur en demandais beaucoup. La commande spéciale a été un succès & tout le monde a adoré. Je referais affaire avec eux n'importe quand pour un autre évènement! Merci beaucoup!

Doughnuts are generally good. Having said that I primarily come here for the monthly specialty doughnuts advertised on their corporate website, & most of the time they are always missing of the the specialty doughnuts. It is like they are doing this on purpose so it forces the consume to visit more than once a month. Not really honest way of doing business hence the lower score on service. Plus their apple fritter is usually never in stock.

The donuts are much smaller than before. I understand that everything cost more but it's just disappointing when the price is higher than before but it's still smaller… the store looks very boring as it doesn't have much happy atmosphere inside, like very plain.

Nice doughnuts of all kinds. Coffee. The atmosphere is like going to a 1960s doughnut store. You see the equipment to make them, & you get them fresh directly from the factory.

These donuts are the best kind you could find around, their dough is pretty smooth & the fillings are various as well as their original seasonal or special event decoration customized upon the donuts. A bit too sweet for some of them, my favourite kind is apple fritter & the lemon filling.
