I'm fully Haitian & I sometimes miss the taste of real food that I grew up with. Gladly enough I found that familiarity in their food & I was really happy, that's why I didn't understand those people leaving bad comments (still don't by the way). I feel bad for the owner, it's truly sad. But anyways some of us really appreciate what you guys are doing (especially me).

Si je pouvais donner 0 je l'aurais fait. Commande DoorDash, après presque 2h d'attente, la nourriture goûte le périmé 🤢

Bonsoir, ceci est mon 1er avis négatif sur la cuisine haïtienne & mon 1er avis sur ce restaurant car c'est ma 1ère interaction avec celui-ci.
Je viens de passer commande sur Uber eats en profitant d'une promotion un acheté - un offert. & donc, je prends le griot fritay & le poulet frit haïtien.
Mes plats arrivent, tout content j'ouvre le premier, je constate que la salade Macaroni a un goût bizarre puis je vois qu'elle n'est pas bonne voir avariée🤢.
Je me dis c'est une erreur or non dans mes 4 plats c'est pareil🤦🏾?♂?.
Je suis déçu alors que cela faisait longtemps que je n'avais pas mangé haïtien pfff🥹.
& là j'ai commencé à avoir mal au ventre. Merci la team de ne pas avoir vérifier la qualité de votre produit.
Une job à faire 😭🥲👆🏾.

J ai commandé un riz colé poulet
Le riz avait un goût bizarre, le poulet également.la sauce n à pas de goût.
Il faut changer la cuisinière, ou fermer le restaurant. J'ai jeté argent.

Let me start by saying I know a good griot! I grew up eating griot at pikliz. So anytime I'm in a city with a good Haitian community I try to get my hands on some griot.

Well I was not too impressed with what I got. There was not a lot of meat for the price paid. Most of the meat that I got were skin & fat. For the little meat I got it was dry & overcooked.

The plantains were dry as well & tasted like old plantains. Couldn't even tell if they were fried. It wasn't good.

The only decent part of the meal was the rice. It was okay. The macaroni salad on the side was blend.

For a 1st time ordering there I was very disappointed. Will I order again probably not.

J'ai commander pour la première fois sur Über est 2 pour 1 le plat de griot
Déjà a l'ouverture du plat il avais une odeur que je n'aimais pas trop ,par la suite j'ai goûter & désoler je n'ai absolument pas aimer ,le goût étais vraiment bizarre & sentais quand même fort
Je crois sincèrement que rien n'étais frais la dedans
J'ai malheureusement jeter les 3 plat
Très domage

I had to go out of my way to rate this place! Definitely a hidden gem for good Haitian food in the city. The griot plate did exactly what it was supposed to do 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 whoever rated this place 1 star must have bumped their head! 🤕

Contente de ne pas trop m'être fier au review, c'était très bon & ça m'en fait pour 2 repas. Le grio était un tout petit peu sec, mais rien de bien méchant! :)

I came all the way from Toronto , I wanted a late night snack I got the chicken, beans, macaroni, coleslaw & legumes…… I honestly can't stop thinking about how good this food taste I wish I had took a picture but I ate it so quickly. The price is reasonable & big portions!!! Soooo tasty! I really think this might be my fav food

Tres bon bonne portion il y a des petits point a améliorer ( le griot est un peu sec, le macaroni aussi) la sauce & leur piment est tres bon je recommende leur pate kode waww c est vrm bon pour une fois un restaurant ou il y a bcp de viande dans leur pâté. Mercii
