Really nice Café!
I grabbed the Merguez Sandwich & a hot chocolate, it really hit the spot after a long day.
The girl working at the counter was really nice & helpful, the mergez sandwhich was a really good recommendation!
The cafe is also a really nice spot, a decent amount of seating & the music was really good too
This is a quaint little spot to sit & have a bite to eat or a coffee. It's small but welcoming. The service was great. The employee explained the different tea options, which were unique. We also had the chicken sandwiche, it had lots of flavor but it was not warm. This is the only small downside. However we also had the pistachio cheesecake & it was very good. It wasn't overly sweet but very creamy.

Délicieux sandwichs surtout celui à la merguez & un bonus pour les samsas (pâtisseries). La serveuse est très souriante & contente de donner des conseils !
Medium sized cafe with mostly vegetarian friendly options (apart from sandwiches). They have an almond pistachio cake that is dairy free & good (not too sweet) but other than that they offer warm & cold drinks that are plant based Friendly.
In my review I gave a 3 for service because they don't serve you at your table (despite being tipped), you're expected to take your food from the counter to your table. I also found the music was slightly loud. Another thing is , make sure you tell them if you want sugar or not in your drinks because they will automatically use sugar. Other than that, my experience was alright.
Every single one of their signature drinks (& their seasonals) piqued my interest, I wanted to try them all! The barista was really helpful & reeled me in from my spiraling indecision by recommending Mariem's latte, & it did not disappoint. The orange blossom flavor gave a real kick (in a good way). It was a bit too milky, so I didn't get to taste the espresso much. But it was made so well that it makes me want to come back & try their other drinks. They also offer sandwiches & pastries (all of which look really appetizing). I'll definitely be back.
I was in the area & decided to walk in randomly & boy was I in for a treat. This cafe is a testament that it is possible to excel in every aspect. The sandwiches are so delicious & flavorful, I ended up getting another one. The cheesecake is incredibly decadent & satisfying. The unique handcrafted drinks are refreshing & sweet. The atmosphere is excellent, very welcoming & homey. The service was just as good! Definitely in my top 3 places in Montreal.

Koujina Café, un café tunisien à l'image de la diversité montréalaise. Leur café & leurs sandwichs sont excellents, & la direction artistique du lieu est tout simplement magnifique, avec une ambiance chaleureuse & soignée. Le personnel est accueillant, & les pâtisseries maison sont irrésistibles. Un endroit parfait pour voyager le temps d'un café.
Gros coup de coeur pour cette petite sandwicherie. Spécialité tunisienne délicieuse à un prix vraiment raisonnable. L'ambiance y est très conviviale, & l'accueil amicale. Je recommande ! Hâte d'y goûter le fameux cheesecake pistache, disponible uniquement les fin de semaine.
The sandwiches were delicious! The Melewi & Tunisian options truly capture the authentic flavors of Tunisian cuisine. It was our first time trying Kojina food, & we were pleasantly surprised. The staff is friendly, & the ambiance is cozy. I gave 4/5 stars because, although the food was great, there's room for improvement in the pricing & cleanliness. A bit more effort in these areas would make the experience even better!
This place is truly lovely & makes you feel like you're on vacation! I tried the mlawi sandwich & it was so unique & delicious, enjoyed every bite! & the lattes are amazingly unique as well. & the orange cake... everything 10/10
Ce café est une porte sur Sidi Bou Saïd depuis Montréal. J'ai beaucoup aimé l'ambiance douce, la petite boutique avec de beaux objets d'artisanat (les chaussures 💓) & culinaires, & un accueil chaleureux. J'ai pris le café glacé Koujina au sirop de dattes sur place & le sandwich tunisien à emporter. Les deux étaient très bons & préparés maison avec des produits frais. Je reviendrais tester le café arabe & la citronnade qui a l'air délicieuse. Un petit coin de Méditerranée pour une pause très appréciée.
Magnifique café 😍 La déco, le service, la nourriture, vraiment top ! J'ai pris un latté sur place & un sandwich tunisien à emporté. C'était tellement goûteux 😋, bien piquant 🔥(attention aux palais sensibles 👀)
