The staff at Kotora are very friendly, the food is delicious & there are many ways of getting freebies! I love that with every $20 you can spin a gumball machine for a chance to win something, the ice creams are delicious & the aesthetic gives a glimpse into Japanese'Kawaii culture'. Love this place!
