Great Cute Vibe! Small cozy space love it!!! a true hole in the wall type of gem.
I ate a Mazamen so I can't speak for the quality of the broth, But the noodles were amazing & the plate was well executed. Taste was amazing. I liked that they offer you to eat the Egg Raw if you so wish, For the culinary adventurous. & generous optional condiments.
I think the bang for your buck is next to none for this place. You get a nice (not excessive mind you) plate for under 20$
The Service was quick & efficient. Nothing too formal but its to be expected of a small joint like this!
A great find in the Plateau for mazemen, donburi, & ramen. The space is compact but cozy, with lots of kawaii tiger decor that nods nicely to its name, Kotora. We ordered the wakame, tonkotsu mazemen & the beef sukiyaki mini donburi - both came with an egg, & we got to choose the doneness, so we went with onsen eggs. Both dishes were very good & well seasoned. A fun bonus: orders above $20 get you a turn at the gashapon machine. Definitely a spot we can see ourselves coming back to.
First time trying ramen & it was so good!!! Super cozy spot, will definitely come back next time I'm here!!
Cute, yumm, more cute!!! Love this place! From food to the friendly lady who explains you everything so politely to the game they make you play & the little collectable animals you get, it's all just super cute & gives warm cozy vibes!! & their dry ramen (Mazemen) are absolutely delicious… we tried the porc épicé & boeuf sukiyaki! I am going back for sure whenever I want homestyle comfort food & also to collect more tiny animals ❤?❤?
I had the tonkotsu mazeman & seaweed salad & my boyfriend had the spicy tonkotsu ramen & karaage. Everything was delicious, & we especially loved the karaage. The employees were also super nice & the atmosphere was cozy. Looking forward to returning!
a very intimate & cozy restaurant to have some really delicious & affordable noodles! the bowls are surprisingly well-priced & are in big portions. for a regular tonkotsu ramen, it's around $16.99. the decor & the atmosphere is great for pictures as well.
there are not many seatings however, so plan your visit carefully, it's been a very popular spot lately!
Cozy neighborhood gem! They make the best with the space that they have, garnishing the walls with small tokens & plushies - quite cute! The food is reasonably priced, with good portions. We've been here 4 times already, & will definitely be back!
I tried the tonkatsu ramen. The highlights: rich, creamy broth with deep flavor, generous portion, & perfectly chewy noodles that held up well. The chashu was tender & tasty, adding a nice balance to the dish. On the downside, the broth was a bit too salty for my liking, & I wish the egg had a more jammy center. Overall, a satisfying bowl in a cozy setting-definitely worth trying if you're a fan of hearty ramen!
J'ai commandé le spicy tonkotsu ramen & c'était super bon. Je recommande grandement. L'endroit était cozy & les employés étaient très gentils
