Hier soir vers 20h30, je suis venu récupérer ma commande dans ce restaurant. Pendant que j'attendais, j'ai posé une simple question à la serveuse. Sa réaction a été de me crier dessus devant tout le monde avec une attitude extrêmement agressive & irrespectueuse.
Honnêtement, je n'ai jamais vu un tel manque de professionnalisme envers un client. L'impression que j'ai eue était très désagréable & même discriminatoire.
Si c'est ainsi que les clients sont traités ici, la direction devrait sérieusement revoir le comportement de son personnel.

La parking est difficile, mais l'attente en vaut la peine, la soupe miso est savoureuse, les maki sont innovents & recherchés. Déjà hâte a ma prochaine visite.
I spent a lot of money on sushi that I literally couldn't eat because it tasted so bad. It bothers me because I really wanted to enjoy a good meal & I couldn't because I almost threw up.
Took the uber eats special 2for1, doesn't say what the sushis are & they were all disgusting. The vibe of the counter is nice but the sushis are weird.
The woman at the counter packing the food was very rude & hostile & aggressive to customers & uber drivers. She was very unhygenic & I saw she was touching & licking her nose with her hands while packing food. When I pointed that out, she blew up.
I would never recommend this place. The owner needs to find someone more hygenic & kinder.
Jasmine/ Jasmyne est la meilleure superviseure - elle m'a offert un service de qualité - on sent qu'elle a de l'experience & offre un service de qualité. Shelley aussi a su demontrer un professionalisme. Cela fait desormais 5 ans bientot 6 ans que je commande chez eux & je sais que dans 6 ans ça sera encore la meme chose !
This was probably one of the worst food I've had in a very long time. The taste was awful, primarily because they put some kind of sauce on them that tastes like a bad Kraft salad dressing (I.e., with bad sweetened flavour). The food was ordered so can't speak to the service & atmosphere. Sorry but this is just not good food.

The sushi's are delicious ! However, the last 4 times we went, we did not get soy sauce/ginger/wasabi. The last 3 times, we asked if they had put it in the bag & they confirmed. Since it's a long way from home, I still verify & the sauce is never in the bag. It's very disappointing.

J'ai manger ce midi mais malgré restaurant était plein à craquer & l'affluence j'ai passé un super moment. Même si certains clients ont été irrespectueux.. je tiens à féliciter les serveuses qui ont gardé un calme incroyable & beaucoup de professionnalisme. Bravo à l'équipe !
